Bikram Yoga: Overview

Created by Bikram Choudhury, Bikram yoga is a series of 26 poses performed in a room heated to around 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Each pose is usually performed twice and held for a certain period of time. Each of the practice sessions includes standing postures, back and forward , and twists.
